The Commons Registration (Disposal of Disputed Registrations) (Amendment) Regulations 1993

Laid before Parliament 23rd July 1993
Coming into force 13th August 1993

    The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1), 6(2), 19(1)(k) and (4)[1] of the Commons Registration Act 1965[2], and now vested in them[3], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
        1.—(1)  These Regulations may be cited as the Commons Registration (Disposal of Disputed Registrations) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 13th August 1993.

        (2)  In these Regulations "the principal Regulations" means the Commons Registration (Disposal of Disputed Registrations) Regulations 1972[4].
        2.—(1)  In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations, after "30,", there shall be inserted "30A,".

        (2)  In Part 1 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations, after the specimen entry numbered 30, there shall be inserted the specimen entry set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
