CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS The St Gabriel's, Knolle Park, Woolton, Liverpool Instrument of Management (Variation) Order 1992
1.(1) This Order may be cited as the St Gabriel's, Knolle Park, Woolton, Liverpool Instrument of Management (Variation) Order 1992 and shall come into force on8th October 1992.
2. For Article 3 of the St Gabriel's, Knolle Park, Woolton, Liverpool Instrument of Management Order 1973 there shall be substituted the following "Purpose and nature of home 3.(1) The purpose of the home shall, subject to paragraph (2) of this Article, be
(2) The total number of all persons accommodated in the home at any one time shall not exceed sixty and the total number of mothers accommodated at any one time in any one unit under paragraph (1)(c) of this Article shall not exceed six. (3) The home shall be of such a nature that facilities are provided for the care, treatment and training of persons accommodated there."
