LAND REGISTRATION, ENGLAND AND WALES The Land Registration (Open Register) Rules 1991
1.(1) These Rules may be cited as the land Registration (Open Register) Rules 1991 and shall come into force on 30th March 1992. (2) In these Rules, unless the context requires:
(3) Except in rule 15, a form referred to by a number means the form so numbered in Schedule 1. (4) Expressions used in these rules have, unless the contrary intention appears, the meaning which they bear in the principal rules.
